Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Enkyos Périnatalité platform, available at enkyos-perinatalite.ma and via its applications.

The platform aims to connect patients with healthcare professionals specialized in perinatal care, legally practicing in Morocco.

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. Any user who does not accept them must refrain from using the service.

These Terms may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of use.

Registration is open to adult individuals or to minors accompanied by their legal representative for patient account creation.

Practitioner registration is reserved for healthcare professionals holding the diplomas, authorizations and professional registrations required by Moroccan law. Practitioners must provide accurate information; any breach leads to rejection or account suspension.

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

Each practitioner registration is subject to administrative validation by Enkyos Périnatalité (status PENDING / APPROVED / REJECTED).

This validation covers administrative consistency (identity, qualifications, authorizations) and does not constitute any assessment of the quality of care provided. The practitioner remains fully responsible for their activity.

The patient selects a slot among the availabilities published by the practitioner. The booking may be confirmed immediately or subject to manual validation, depending on the practitioner's settings.

Patient cancellations must occur within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the practitioner's policy.

Repeated unexcused absences (NO_SHOW) may lead to the suspension of the patient's account.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated, online booking is free for the patient. Consultation fees are paid directly at the practitioner's office, according to the methods defined by the practitioner.

Enkyos Périnatalité never intervenes in the financial transaction between patient and practitioner.

Provide accurate information when booking.

Show up at the appointment or notify the practitioner promptly in case of impediment.

Respect the practitioner and all healthcare staff.

Refrain from using the platform for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purposes.

Keep profile, availability and indicative pricing up to date.

Respect confirmed appointments or notify the patient of any change as soon as possible.

Comply with professional secrecy and the deontology applicable to their profession.

Maintain the administrative authorizations and professional registrations required for practice.

Patients may publish reviews after an appointment that actually took place. Reviews must be honest, measured and consistent with the experience.

Defamatory, insulting, racist, sexist or privacy-infringing content is prohibited. Non-compliant reviews may be removed.

Enkyos Périnatalité acts as a technical intermediary. The platform does not provide medical advice, does not perform any care procedure and cannot be held liable for advice, prescriptions or treatments delivered by practitioners.

The publisher does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information published by practitioners on their profiles.

The publisher endeavors to ensure the availability of the service without guaranteeing the absence of any interruption (maintenance, technical incidents, force majeure).

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, available from the website footer, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08.

The publisher may suspend or terminate any account in case of breach of these Terms, fraud, abusive behavior or non-compliance with applicable law.

Users may request account deletion at any time from their personal area or by writing to contact@enkyos-perinatalite.ma.

These Terms may be modified at any time. Users are informed of substantial changes by email or via a banner on the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of dispute, the parties shall endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions (law no. 31-08).
